Women’s Services & Resources has several volunteer opportunities! If you are interested in donating your time during our events, we invite you to fill out the form below and check the 'Event Volunteer' box. We will contact you as volunteer opportunities come up.
If you are looking for an opportunity to fine-tune your leadership skills, we invite you to consider applying to become a Women's Services & Resources Ambassador. As an ambassador, you will help with event planning, promotion, and volunteer coordination. WSR Ambassadors will be asked to provide 5-10 hours of service each month. Specific responsibilities include:
- Assisting the events/activities coordinators with planning upcoming events.
- Running errands and helping with various needs during your assigned event or activity.
- Coordinating volunteer efforts and training volunteers that will be promoting and participating in the events.
- Promoting events/activities on social media by handing out flyers and spreading word of mouth prior to the event.
- Attending a meeting once per month.
